Redcape Billing Changes: How to setup automatic billing via credit card

PayrollHero has rebranded as RedCape.

RedCape will continue to offer you the same great software, rate and support!

Please note that RedCape will appear on your invoice, credit/debit card or PayPal statements.

If you have saved your credit card on file you will need to resave it. Please see the instructions below:

To Resave your Credit Card:

1. Login to https://payrollherocom.freshbooks.com/

*If you can’t remember, or don’t know your password please click “forgot password” and follow the steps

2. Click on “Profile”

3. Click on “Automatic Payments”

4. Finally click on “Change Card” and enter the details as prompted and you’re done!
