Redcape Billing Changes: How to pay your PayrollHero invoice via credit card or paypal

PayrollHero has rebranded as RedCape.

RedCape will continue to offer you the same great software, rate and support!

Please note that RedCape will appear on your invoice, credit/debit card or PayPal statements.

Want to know how to pay your PayrollHero invoice via credit card? Here’s how:

Your PayrollHero Invoice would look something like this:

On the PayrollHero Invoice email, click on the first link on the email. This will bring you to your invoice.

Clicking the link should bring you to a website that looks something like this:

Click on “pay online” and this should open a pop up that looks like this:

You have two ways of paying: Credit Card or Paypall

Click on the method you’d want to use to pay your invoice

OPTION 1 CREDIT CARD:

If you clicked on “Credit Card” it should show you a screen like this:

Once you have entered your billing details, click on “Pay” and that’s it!

OPTION 2 PAYPAL:

If you clicked on “Paypal” it should show you a screen like this:

Click on the Paypal box where the arrow points to and it should then redirect you to a Paypal portal where you can enter your credit card details. Something like this:

You no longer need to create a PayPal account as the sign up is optional, but if you already have an account, you could use that to complete your payment.

Once you have entered your information, click on “Pay” and that’s it!
