PayrollHero uses Freshbooks in generating invoices and receipts for PayrollHero Clients.
The billing contact gets access to the client’s Freshbooks Account by clicking on the link attached to the invoice email that PayrollHero Billing Team sends. That should automatically give access to the Freshbooks account.

Another option is to log in here – https://my.freshbooks.com/

Click “Forgot your password?” link, and use the billing contact’s email address on your PayrollHero profile.
You can then login to your PayrollHero Freshbooks account and see your invoices and credits (if you have one).
