There Is a ‘Missing Photo’ Notification on the Flag Wall Page

Every time an employee clocks in using MyClock, their photo is taken. If there is a problem with the photograph taken (for a list of reasons, click here and scroll down to the photo verification section), it will be flagged by the system and displayed on the Flag Wall, under the Photo Verification tab.

Important: HR or Admins are the only people who can see the Flag Wall page.

If the Flag Wall is showing the ‘Missing Photo’ notification it means that MyClock was unable to take a photograph of the employee. There are a couple of reasons that this could have happened. In this short article we’re going to show you:

  • What the two possible problems could be
  • Which Knowledge Base articles will help you fix the problem

Possible problems

  1. The camera could be uninstalled, or it could be installed incorrectly. To check for this problem, read the Knowledge Base article: Setting Up Your Webcam.
  2. Your computer is not using the recommended Google Chrome web browser.

MyClock web is highly compatible with the Google Chrome web browser. Make sure that employees are using Google Chrome when logging in to their MyClock web account.

Tip: If you do not have Google Chrome installed, we recommend that you read the Knowledge Base article: Installing Google Chrome on your computer or device.

That concludes the ‘There is a ‘Missing Photo’ Notification on the Flag Wall Page’ article. You should now be able to troubleshoot installation problems with your camera and know how to install Google Chrome, confidently.
