How to enable GPS and Location Services for PayrollHero Android Apps

If you’re checking the locations of the employee and it shows “0.0,0.0” on the map like the screenshot below:


The reason why they are getting that info when clocking in is because the device used to clock in (MyClock/TeamClock Android) may have the GPS and Location Services disabled.

Make sure that GPS and Location is always enabled, this way the correct data shows up on PayrollHero’s HipChat Integration or on the Review page.


Here’s how you can enable the GPS and Location Settings on Android:

Once you have enabled the location and GPS, quit (totally close) the TeamClock App and re-open it again. This should enable the location on the app.
