Although this happens very rare, you should still know what you need to do to resolve this.
This seems to happen for new employees who started in the middle of the pay period where the rest of the employees already have attendance that are published. These new employees currently do not have any schedules or rollcall days but their schedule page says “locked:published”
So if you want to unlock these day/s, you just need to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, share the employee and the dates you want to unlock. We’ll unpublish it for you. Once unlocked, you can now edit the dates.
