On our settings, we have an option to set a duration or expiry date for the password. (See PayrollHero Password Policy) we were notified that this feature broke and there’s no warning message to change the password when the old password expired.
We have now fixed this…
If the stricter password policy feature is enabled on your PayrollHero account, you’ll have the option to set a duration or expiry date for passwords.
Once this is setup:
– It now will show a warning message that the user needs to update the Password when they try to log in on PayrollHero account.
– Users are not be able to login using the expired password
– Users are redirected to reset password
