Before, if the employee’s nickname and middle name is set on his/her profile, only the nickname shows up on the “Full name” under the “Employees” column for the Payroll Register Report, Attendance Report, Pivotable Attendance Report and Multi Insert Tool – Schedule Update. The full name follows this format: Surname, First Name, Nickname, Name extension.
