“Regular Taken” appears twice on the Modern & Statement Payslip.
- For the Modern Payslip – it is under the “Taxable income” and “Other payments”
- For the Statement Payslip – it is under the “Taxable income” and “Less: Mandatory and other deductions”
We checked the computations and it still gets ‘deducted once’ but it has been found to be confusing for employees seeing 2 items and also gets added on the totals of each section of the payslip mentioned above.
