Re-activating employees means transitioning them from either:
- pending separation to active
- suspended to active
- separated to active
However, when you reactivate an employee, it used to only remove the “Separation date” and “separation code” on the employee profile. It does not remove the separation date on the enrollments where the effectivity of contributions of employees are setup.
This is now FIXED:
- When transitioning employee status from pending separation, suspended and separated back to “Active” status. It now removes the separation date on the enrollments.
