China bank now have account numbers that contains 12 digits. As a result the payroll text file’s format needed to change to accommodate the two new digits. The 12-digit account numbers are now supported in PayrollHero.

Singapore based accounts may now generate an OCBC bank file to reflect a payroll period via the Forms section under Payroll > Reports. The generated file may be submitted directly to OCBC and is compliant to the specifications they have set as their GIRO format.
