What to do when the TeamClock app does not sync? (Android)

Sometimes when you go to clock in the app hasn’t managed to get the most recent information from the server.  Don’t worry it doesn’t mean you’re not able to start work or go home.  All you need to do is manually refresh the app.

To do this just follow the steps below:

 

Select your Gender.

Select the first letter of your surname.

Select your profile.

On your profile page, swipe down the screen with your finger until a “Pull to refresh” panel  appears on the top. Release when the blue bar reaches the sides.

And that’s it! You have manually refreshed your TeamClock profile from the server.
