PayrollHero can currently export the following Leave Management pages:
- My Leave History
- Past Leaves
- Upcoming Leaves
- Leaves for Approval

Before exporting, you can filter the leave management reports with 2 options:
- Filter by Leave Period Date
- Filter by Employee Status
How to filter Leave Management Reports using the Leave Period Date:
- Login to your PayrollHero Account
- Go to the Leave Management tab
- Make sure you have access to the following pages to filter and/or export the leave management report:
- My Leave History
- Past Leaves
- Upcoming Leaves
- Leaves for Approval
- If you don’t see the pages above, please contact your HR to give you access (system permission) on being able to export the report.
- Make sure you have access to the following pages to filter and/or export the leave management report:
- Click on the leave management page that you want to export and it will show something like this:
- Set the start and end date of the leave period that you want to export on the “Start of leave period” and “End of leave period”
- Click on “Filter” to view the leave requests on the table below for the period you want to view or export:
How to filter Leave Management Reports using the Employee Status:
After filtering by a specific leave period, you can also filter using the employee status.
Employee status is the status of the employee profile on your PayrollHero account. These are the following:
- Active
- Pending Separation
- Suspended
- Separated
To filter by employee status, here’s how:
- Go to the Leave Management page that you want to view or export.
- Filter by Employee Status can be found under the option to filter by leave period dates. It is also only available to the following pages:
- My Leave History
- Past Leaves
- Upcoming Leaves
- Leaves for Approval
- Filter by Employee Status can be found under the option to filter by leave period dates. It is also only available to the following pages:
- If you want to view all employee status regardless of the leave period date:
- Set the leave the dates blank
- On the “Employee Status” select “All”
- Click on “Filter”
- If you want to only show leave requests for a specific employee status, then select the employee status on the drop-down:
