If you would like to download the remaining balance of the loan payments you’ve created, here’s how:

• Login to your PayrollHero account (You must have access to employee payments to do this)
• Go to the bank page under the Payroll tab,
  • Click on the specific loan to check the list of employees who has the loan payments
    

1. Go to the employee profile
2. Go to Payments page
3. Search for the loan payment under ’employee payments’,
   
4. Copy the balance beside the action buttons into a spreadsheet
5. Paste the balance on a spreadsheet

And that’s how you can get and keep track of remaining loan balances of your employee’s loan payments.
