Before, the MyClock does not have the capability to capture GPS/Location settings to know where the employee is clocking in and out.
Now, we have added the option for the MyClock to track the where employees are clocking in and out using the same worksite settings as the TeamClock.
- If employees are clocking in via MyClock and it shows as “unknown” it is either the Worksite is not setup yet or the feature to track the worksite is not enabled.
