We’ve recently received reports that pay stubs failed being generated. Technically the file is being generated however it’s no successfully being saved in the file storage. While the work around is to retry generating the pay stub we recognize this is not a long term solution.
We recently upgrade our system, specifically the part that handles file storage, that should reduce if not eliminate the missing file problem.
