The Leave Management was built as a separate service that is closely integrated with our core HRIS, Scheduling and Payroll.
The system automatically approves the leave requests and update the employee’s schedule. Then it will send out a notification email about the leave details to both the employee and their manager.
How to apply for a leave:
- Go to Leave Management
2. Select the type of leave you would like to use. Note that your current leave balance for this type of leave is displayed within parenthesis ( ).
3. Choose the start and end date of the leave period.
*Note: You can now request a leave for past dates.
4. Enter the reason for the leave request.
5. Click apply.
Once done the system would direct you to the My Leave History page and you and your direct superior will receive a notification email of the request.
