We have added more fields to BIR enrolments to support additional dependents. These include a Yes/No field for Is the wife is claiming the additional exemption for qualified dependent children? (field 9A of the 2316 BIR Form) and full name and birthdate fields for up to 4 qualified dependent children (field 10 of the 2316 BIR Form).
In addition to updating the form on the employee/enrolments page, we’ve also created a new multi insert tool specifically for importing employees’ BIR information.
It is accessible through the “Multi Insert Tool” tab of the “Add/Update Employees” link in the nav bar.
