We recently received reports that the pay stubs although they appear to be generated they actually do not exist and would appear to be an AWS::S3 XML error file when the link to the pay stub is followed.
We have reduced the possibility of this happening. However, it is not a guarantee that this will not happen in the future. This bug is found very rarely that it becomes difficult to tell if it’s actually fixed or that the bug has just hid only to show up some other day.
If you see this bug again please let us know at support@payrollhero.com . It would greatly help us fix this issue if you could tell us the steps that led you to find the bug. We need the steps that consistently corrupts the pay stub.
