PayrollHero Singapore Accounts can pay overtime in two ways:
- Per week: If an employee is on per week overtime, they must work more than the overtime threshold in one week to receive overtime pay. This is paid at the MoM standard rate. For example, if an employee’s contract states that they must work more than 44 hours to receive overtime and they work 46 hours they would receive 2 hours of overtime pay.
- Per Day: If an employee is on per day overtime they must work more than the overtime threshold in one day to receive overtime pay. This is paid at the MoM standard rate.For example, if an employee’s contract states they must work more than 8 hours in one day to receive overtime and they work 10 hours, they would receive 2 hours of overtime pay
