There’s a quick update on the long open bug (Absent notifications not being received by IMHR). On of the team did some testing after we fixed the bug earlier to do with the cross-account issues with the notifications and it looks like the issue might be fixed now.
If you have any new information on this, please let us know, but we’re considering this closed now.
