📘 What is SSO?
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to access PayrollHero using your company login credentials (e.g., your corporate email or Microsoft/Azure account), without needing to remember a separate username or password.
🔐 How to Log In via SSO
- Go to: http://login.payrollhero.com/sso
- Click the “Sign in with SSO” button.
- Enter your company email address or username.
- You will be redirected to your company’s secure login page (e.g., Microsoft/Azure login).
- Log in using your company credentials.
- You’ll be redirected to your PayrollHero dashboard.
✅ You don’t need to use your PayrollHero account—simply log in with your company’s credentials (work email and password)

🔸 1. I can’t log in with my SSO—what should I do?
- Double-check you’re using the correct email address/username provided by your HR/Admin.
- Ensure your SSO account is active (e.g., Microsoft account hasn’t been deactivated).
- If the issue persists, please report it to your HR/Admin. They will coordinate with PayrollHero Support on your behalf.
🔸 2. I forgot my PayrollHero username. How can I find it?
- Your PayrollHero username is usually your work email.
- You can ask your HR/Admin to confirm your assigned username from the system.
🔸 3. Can I still log in using my old PayrollHero password?
- If your company has enabled SSO exclusively, password-based logins may be disabled.
- If SSO is optional, you may still log in with your username + password combo.
For security reasons, we recommend using SSO if it’s available.
🔸 4. What if I change my email address or get a new account?
- Inform HR/Admin immediately.
- They will update your SSO-linked username in PayrollHero.
- Once updated, you can log in using your new credentials.
🔸 5. Can I log in from my phone or tablet?
Yes. Follow the same steps in your mobile browser:
- Visit http://login.payrollhero.com/sso
- Tap “Sign in with SSO”
- Enter your work email and complete the authentication

PayrollHero supports the latest versions of:

📌 Make sure cookies and pop-ups are enabled for your SSO login to work properly.
🔸 7. What happens if I leave the company?
- Your SSO access will be automatically deactivated.
- You will no longer be able to log in to PayrollHero using your old company credentials.
