Release Note: Enhancement: Faster Attendance Report

The PayrollHero Engineering team has finished a much needed optimization and rewrite of the attendance report. The report content has not changed, but the report itself is now nearly 10x faster and includes a notification page to inform you of the progress of generating the report.

There were instances when multiple attendance admin would resolve the same attendance. These led to the state of the attendance being out of sync. This means that when admin A resolved an overtime, admin B could be resolving the same but the overtime is is already gone.

Release Note: Leave Request UI Updated

Due to user feedback, we have streamlined and added more help text to the Leave Request submission form.

Instead of selecting specific dates within a leave period, all dates inside the selected range will be requested as a Paid Leave.

We have fixed an issue wherein the ‘Apply’ button of the Leave Request submission form was enabled even if no Dates were selected from the Multi-Datepicker.

Now, the form will not be submittable unless at least one date is selected on the said field.

Release Note: Removal of Pay Rate and Employee Type Requirement for Singapore Payroll

Employee Types and Pay Rates which are inherently Philippine payroll concepts will no longer be required in both publishing attendance and generating payroll for Singapore based accounts.

As such, any difference in compensation values and multiplier amounts coming from Pay Rates will no longer be factored in SG Payroll calculation,

Release Note: Leave Days Off now Display correctly on MyClock schedules page

We have fixed an issue wherein Leaves Days Off on the MyClock Schedule calendar (click “My Clock” then “Schedules” on the navigation bar) were not displaying correctly.

They now appear identical to how they look on the Attendance Review page.

Release Note: Bug fix: Opening a Requirement link on a new tab causes white screen

Release Note: Bug fix: Saving a recurring schedule before the entire form has loaded

An issue wherein users were able to click the “Create” button on the Recurring Schedules creation form before the entire field set has loaded (thus leading to a 500 error page) has been fixed.

The button is now greyed out until the entire form has loaded.
