We finally got some official support for NRIC/FIN numbers into the system. For those not from Singapore, these are basically the national ID numbers any employee in Singapore needs to have. The system now properly supports these as core fields of an employee record.

We have added a new tool for updating multiple employee profiles by uploading an XLSX template.
Go to the “Employees” -> “Add/Update Employees” -> “Multi Insert Tool”:
Select “Employee Profile Update” from the list of available templates. Download the template by clicking on the “Download Update File”:

On August 10, 2015 we were affected by another vendor level outage from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We are improving attendance resolution by removing a mis-understood feature, attendance adjustments.
This is an old feature that is in conflict with the normal attendance resolution. If you do not know what it is don’t worry you wouldn’t miss it.
